How to tag movements within area, such as "to action" or "to Wagon Line"?

For example "Battery D moved a section into action"

    or

"Battery A with horses moved to Wagon Line"

Is this considered a unit movement? If not is is to be tagged as something else?

The unit movement tag is best used to describe the movements of the larger unit, such as an artillery brigade or an infantry battalion moving out of the line to a back area after being relieved.

For artillery, the phrase "into action" seems to be best tagged as being in the line. There was quite a discussion at one point, and I apologize that I cannot find the thread now, about whether it meant actually firing the guns or just getting them into position and ready to fire if needed. Sometimes you may see "Battery A went into action but did not shoot." so we decided on tagging that phrase as "in the line."
