8 field ambulance Diary author help please

  I cannot read the signature of the Lt Col writing this diary in summer 1915. I think the initials are N E or W and the surname starts (I think) Stud..... Can anyone help as I would like to be able to tag him correctly.

  Erik is right. I have been tagging the 7th Field Ambulance diary and in September 1915 Lt. Col. Hudleston is mentioned as the CO of the 8th Field Ambulance.

  thank you I had thought it might be Hudleston on one page but his writing is typical doctors writing at times!! So glad to have found his name.
