What happened with a soldier ' unfit to carry out the duties of an efficient soldier'? And how do I tag?

Men who were deemed unfit were either discharged or moved to a unit at a base where they could be useful without needing to meet the more stringent physical requirements of combat and trench life.
In the case of this example you linked here, you can tag it as Departed to another unit. I would use the Discharged tag only if the diary states the man was being discharged as unfit.
