Questions regarding document

  I'm new and not sure what to do with this document. Is it a diary? or a report? It appears to be a diary but not in the typical format. There are dates but no years. Any help appreciated.

  It's a diary. They aren't always on the proper official pages. As for the date, just enter what you can (not the year in this case). You can type in the top text box on the diary tag to remove the year.
