How to tag conflicting info

Here's one for you - eventually I'll catch on! Got an entry "night fairly quiet but snipers active". Would you tag both quiet and under fire?

I'd actually tag neither. "Fairly quiet" can mean anything when they were used to being shelled, but unless it says "quiet or "all quiet" then I don't tag it. As for "snipers active" - again that could mean anything and it doesn't say they were specifically firing at your Unit's area of the trenches. You often get a general description like this - e.g "enemy artillery active" but unless you KNOW your Unit was actually under fire then don't use the tag.

By the way I wouldn't use all those hashtags either. "Snipers" and "mine" are fine but the others really aren't all that useful as the words are too common.

    Makes sense - thanks Heather.
