Diary or Report?

This scan consists of 2 pages which would make an attempt to tag it as a diary difficult or impossible. Or, is it a report? Any thoughts please?

Looks like a diary to me as it goes day by day and yes you are correct this side by side scanning makes the diary date format impossible to use. I suspect we will look to get these rescanned if we can so mark them as #badscan but maybe at least tag the first and last dates the page covers at top and bottom?
