Can you answer this query re tagging of pages please? Are my tags going through on the pages?

Don’t know what is going on with tagging diary pages example: Diary page 179 of 13th Battalion Royal Irish Rifles 1-4 August 1917: Link https://talk.operationwardiary.org/#/subjects/AWD0003fkr
I tagged this page for the 1-4 August 1917 among other tags, in particular on the 4th Aug 1917 there were casualties, i.e. 2 killed and 2 wounded. Which I named and tagged. Finished this page did next page 180. Came out of the diary went to talk, to report situation with google maps re answer from Ral.
Went back to the next diary page which would have been 181, but page 179 came up again, showing the tags and date lines etc but the tags I put in for the casualties and some other items I tagged were missing from this particular page.
Could you possibly check this page to see if my tags are going through today. problem. Page in question:

Page 179: https://talk.operationwardiary.org/#/subjects/AWD0003fkrI presume the tags do go through correctly for other pages tagged. Can’t understand why page 179 came up without the tags I had entered. Is there a glitch with tags meaning some do not appear when you have tagged them?
Using Windows 10 and Chrome - Could this be another ~chrome issue?
