To Hospital

How do I tag "To Hosp. (e.g.) 1 OR"? I don't know the reason why these men go to hospital. DIARY: 47 INFANTRY BRIGADE, 1 BATTALION ROYAL MUNSTER FUSILIERS (1 NOV 1916 - 30 APR 1918) AWD0003dom

Unless you have a name, it's not really possible to tag that. If this is part of a wider discussion of numbers, then you could use the 'unit strength' tag.

Can this kind of situation be tagged using the Casualties tag, marking him either as sick or unspecified?

Yes, of course! I don't know why I didn't say that - blame it on the fact it was late and I was in the middle of doing something else.

Erik, sorry. Just ignore what I said earlier and follow Cynthia's advice!

I'll tag them as Casualties and as being unspecified because they go to the hospital when they are in billets as well as when they are in the line.

Yes, either sick or unspecified should cover it here.
