I would just like to mention, in case the casualty numbers are duplicated, the following comments which I hope you can understand.

    http://talk.operationwardiary.org/#/subjects/AWD0001n4b
This page 246, gives the monthly casualty numbers for the above diary, for September 1916. A total of 244. This does not include the figures for sick casualties on this page. I have tagged them separately on this page.. I have put a comment on this page regarding this.

This page 241, is also for the above Btn dated 7th Sept. It gives a casualty list of 240 which I have tagged. Does not include sick casualties. These numbers appear to be included in the monthly casualties figures on page 246 above. I made a comment on this page also.

    Thanks, Marie.

So, to clarify, you've tagged the casualty figures given for the 7th of September and then the number of sick men given at the end of the month, but you haven't duplicated the tagging of those wounded or killed in action?

I tagged in the casualty box the numbers for killed, wounded, missing on page 241, 7 Sept. I also tagged the casualty numbers for killed, wounded and missing on page 246, end of month. On this page 246 there are numbers of sick, which I tagged also. Then I realised that the casualty numbers on page 241 are included in the casualty numbers on page 246 - Hence the message re duplication. So the figures tagged are duplicated.

Thanks - I understand now. Sorry for being dense 😃

Anyway, thanks for noting it - we can take account of that during processing.
