Not a diary, but good info - how to classify?

by hilaryford
The document I have been given is clearly not a diary, it has been written retrospectively. Yet it includes names, dates, places and other interesting information. If I classify it as other, nothing gets recorded, which seems a shame. But diary is clearly not correct either. Any advice please?

Can you give us a link to a page of this so we can see what you mean?

Here's the link from the top of the web page, but I'm not sure that leads straight to the relevant page? http://www.operationwardiary.org/?utm_source=Zooniverse Home&utm_medium=Web&utm_campaign=Homepage Catalogue#/classify
It is Image AWD0000fn4
And the ref at the bottom of the page is WO/95/1618/2 pg 43 of 392
Hope that helps - I'm still a newbie!
The more I think about it, the more I think it shouldn't be classified as a diary page if it's written retrospectively, since time could well have created some inaccuracies. But it would still be a shame if it slipped through the net.

This already been raised by the last person to tag this diary http://talk.operationwardiary.org/#/boards/BWD0000009/discussions/DWD00005qd?page=1&comment_id=5318471821c81f03960027dd and apparently it is a private diary of an officer added at a later date. The previous tagger made some efforts to add hashtags to the pages but as he used several different ones, rather than being consistent, it didn't really succeed in marking the diary for future reference.
I recommend you mark the pages as "other" and add a consistent hashtag to each so it can be retrieved later - I suggest using #privatediary
The FAQ on how to use hashtags is here in case you aren't sure http://talk.operationwardiary.org/#/boards/BWD000000f/discussions/DWD000034v
