G.H.Q system of wiring

Don't know if I read this right. What is this? On one of the following pages I read "Attached infantry engaged wiring G.H.Q. method followed by drill". On another page (Image AWD0003m5j) G.H.Q. is mentioned in connection with signalling.

G.H.Q. means General Headquarters, the headquarters of the British army on the Western Front.

I can't find anything just now about a particular method of wiring developed by GHQ, but it sounds like a particular system different from other methods of wiring.

The whole page you have here is about drilling and training, so they must have been practicing how to do this type of wiring.
