Off to Ypres

I've found the page that transitions the diary of the 107th from the Somme to Ypres, It's got a ton of name.
Can anyone make out any of them?

First, they went to a place called Ytres, not Ypres. It's easy to confuse the two, but they are two separate places. Ytres is southeastish of Bapaume, I think. It's a tiny village, but it shows up if you search Google Maps.
Officers names: G H Carson; G B J Smyth; G A Ozier; W A Malone; W Jones; H J McConnell; S (possibly, hard to read) A Cochrane; V C Young; P A I Crawford; J C Bryans; F W Howroyd; G S Roe; W D Bratby; G S Lynch; R A J Thompson; S C Kyte; W Barrett
I think I got them all. If you need any more help, just ask.
