the title of this war diary is 'Divisional Troops Combined Cavalry Field Ambulance Sialkot, Mhow and Lucknow', but on this page we see that only the Lucknow C.F.A. is being mentioned. Does this means that there will be also diaries of the other ambulances and do we refer to those other ambulances as being other units?

It might be that diaries from the other ambulances will turn up.
If the diary seems to be from just one of the three cavalry divisions stated in the title, yes, do refer to any mention of the other two as other units.
