Is assume this a diary page of the period between November 12 and December 11 1914?

That's correct, Erik. I wonder whether this is one of those occasions where the diary was damaged or lost and this account was written up as a summary. Or just that they simply didn't have time to complete it until later.

Rob, at the end of 1915 the following page of a "additional" diary of the 123th Bty pops up https://talk.operationwardiary.org/#/subjects/AWD0003s1o . This page is written on the same paper as the pages I read at the start of my tagging session (page 70). They have the same 4 holes at the side and looking at the handwriting I even think it is the same person who wrote it.

Ral, I had quite a few queries with the 28th Brigade RFA diary - when I tagged if from page 24 to the end of the Diary. Reported these to Cynthia 2 months ago.

Here is an example of some queries which Cynthia answered see comment page link: https://talk.operationwardiary.org/#/boards/BWD000000h/discussions/DWD0001hgz

Erik, I agree it looks like the same author. The holes belong to backing paper the page has been pasted onto, however - I'd guess that was done at the National Archives. I assume it must be covering January 1915. As Marie says, it looks like a reasonable proportion of this diary is out of order, so you may well come across more odd things like this.

    Marie, thanks for that link.
