How should we classify the hospital admission/discharge receipts?

I would tag this as a Report.
There is a Field Guide Section which gives guidance showing how to tag pages, on the home page, of this project. Link: https://www.operationwardiary.org/#/guide
I would probably put in the comment box - #casualty list w/e 8 Feb 1919 - 3 Other Ranks admitted to hospital.

Marie is correct that a page like this is best tagged as a Report. This not only describes the type of page it is, it allows us to use the person tag to capture the names of the three men admitted to the hospital.
Adding the hashtag #casualty will help anyone searching for information about casualties. Although the diary pages have an official Casualties tag, Reports and other types of pages do not, so marking those pages with the hashtag is helpful.
