query re diary dates

I have just started this diary on page 5. This is already Jan 1919 but the diary is listed as Feb 1918 to Feb 1919. I now find that the early pages have been misfiled and should come later. Page 14 is Feb 1918

I've had a look at the entire diary and it is just as you say. The diaries for January and February, 1919, have been put in first, followed by February, 1918. From there, however, it looks like everything runs in order. I didn't look at every page, so it's possible that a few may be out of order, but the cover pages all run as they should. Lots of orders and/or reports through March, 1918, but from there on it is just the actual diary pages through December, 1918.

I always forget to mention in these cases that although the misfilings can be confusing, in data terms they don't make any difference. As long as we can assign each tag to the correct date, that's enough for our purposes.
