  You're right - no need to tag that, although it does sound like a very impressive horse at Corps-level! I wonder how it did at the Army horse show.

  I hate to say it, but I think it is toolcart, meaning the entire turnout for a toolcart, rather than a horse named Tooleast.

  I thought it was saying this horse had done so well in the Corps horse show it was being proposed for the Army horse show...but now I see 'proposed' is in fact 'prepared'. Farewell, brave Tooleast 😄
