What does the RI acronym stand for?
I would imagine some kind of grid reference as there seems to be a record of rounds fired immediately after, but I'm not sure.

It's difficult to say exactly what RI stands for without more information, but the numbers that follow it refer to either individual guns or gun teams. It looks like there were three gun locations. The first one listed included guns/teams 3 and 4, the second one 5 and 6, and the third one was only one gun or team that was number 2.

I neglected to add that 650 rds does mean 650 rounds.
