Yes, I think so. This page http://www.passioncompassion1418.com/decouvertes/english_fusees_collection_gb.html#angleterre shows a 65A time and percussion fuse, about halfway down the page. I didn't see a non-delay AX, though.

Ah, Erik this makes me wonder about another question you asked a while back about rates of fire. There was a mystery X in some of the rates of fire descriptions and I wonder now whether that referred to the type of fuse.
