  QF is normally quick firing, but that doesn't seem to fit with wagons, further down the page you have GS Wagons - General Service Wagons which is more common

  I guess they must have been wagons converted to carry shells for the 13-pounder QF guns. 176 rounds was the standard number carried for each gun.
