Strikethrough soldier

In this nominalroll one soldier (private E.Byrne) is strikethrough. Do I tag this soldier and if I do, what reason do I choose?

I would say you could tag him with Other as the reason. We don't know why he was crossed out, so he could be missing or wounded or not a casualty at all.

The same soldier is strikethrough on the next page. On the previous page he was (not) killed, now he is (not) wounded.

I agree with Cynthia - it's best to tag him and use 'Other' as the reason. Often the casualty situation could be unclear, with men missing and then finding their way back to their unit. If the adjutant was working off notes taken at the time Pvt. Byrne was thought to be a casualty, then he may have only realised he wasn't once he'd typed up the names.
